Cookies

Last updated: 28 October 2026.

In short

The site sets no cookies of its own: it saves a few items in your browser’s local storage, all strictly necessary to use it.
Advertising: on every page the Google tag loads in a limited mode (no advertising cookies, no advertising identifiers) until you accept in the cookie notice. If you refuse, the site works exactly the same.
After an order, the confirmation page always reports the sale to Google Ads (without cookies if you refused) and to Meta.
We never send Google or Meta your name, address, phone number or email.

Your choice

The cookie notice has equally prominent Accept and Refuse buttons. Closing the page without answering grants nothing. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, then we ask again.

Items the site writes in your browser

bf_ck – your cookie choice and when you gave it. Lifetime: 12 months.
bf_cr – cart contents. Lifetime: until you clear the site’s data.
bf_zm – chosen text size. Lifetime: until you clear the site’s data.
bf_nt – how many times an order was sent with the same phone number in the last 24 hours (it stops accidental duplicate orders). Lifetime: until you clear the site’s data.
bf_od and bf_cv – the last order and a note that it was already reported to Google Ads and Meta, so reloading the confirmation page never reports it twice. Lifetime: until you clear the site’s data.
bf_q – advertising parameters of the page you came from (for example utm_source), for the length of your visit.

They stay on your device and are read only by this site.

Advertising: Google Ads and Meta

Google Ads. The Google tag runs under Google Consent Mode: before you accept, advertising and analytics storage are denied, no cookie is written or read and Google receives only cookieless signals. If you accept, Google may set its own cookies (typically _gcl_au and _gcl_aw, about 90 days) to remember that you came from an advertisement. After an order, the confirmation page reports the sale (order value in the order currency and the order code) whatever your choice; if you refused, it is reported without cookies.

Meta. After an order, the confirmation page reports the sale to Meta through the Meta Pixel in your browser and, with the same order code, from our server (Conversions API): order value, currency, product, quantity, your IP address and browser type, and the Meta cookies _fbp / _fbc if you have them. Meta may set its own cookies (typically _fbp and _fbc, about 90 days).

Google and Meta use this data under their own privacy policies and may process it in the United States. Google’s policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. Our legal basis for the sale report is our legitimate interest in measuring the results of our advertising; for Google’s advertising cookies it is your consent.

How to remove what is stored

Use your browser settings (“Clear browsing data”): your cart and text size will be reset too.
